I often get spam emails mostly from people who are marketing their products and services. Unlike other people, I usually skim these emails to check their validity, or lack thereof. While most of them are legit, some are really funny in the sense that they think I would actually fall for their scheme.
My husband and I get a good laugh out of reading these spam emails, but at the same time we’re also sad that these people would go to this extent to scam others of their time and money.
A couple of weeks ago, though, I got an email from Soufeel. I initially thought that it was another scam. But as usual, I still read it. It was from their marketing department and they wanted to send me a Soufeel bracelet and a few charms of my choice in exchange for my honest review. I know that this is part of their marketing strategy because I also do the same stuff for my business. 🙂
After reading the email, I forgot about it because I got busy with other stuff. Then a few days later, I got a follow up email from them asking if I had already made my choice on the charms I want. I immediately replied to the email, and apologetically told them that I still haven’t had the chance to do so, and that I will do it now.
When I opened their website, www.soufeel.com, I was surprised at how pretty the charms were! They said that the charms would fit a Pandora bracelet – which I am not familiar with, by the way. I am not much into jewelry, but after seeing Soufeel’s website, I think that’s about to change. 😀
After deciding on the charms and bracelet, I let the marketing guy know about my choices. He immediately processed it, and I received the package around 3 days after that. I was really surprised at how fast I got it.
MY SOUFEEL LOVE BRACELET
The bracelet was inside a beautiful white box with a light blue bow. I got the classic bracelet plus 5 charms of my choice. I forgot to include stoppers, so the charms tend to slide around the bracelet. A bit annoying, if you ask me! Nevertheless, I really loved the charms because they are symbols of some of the things I love.
LIPSTICK DANGLE CHARM
What can I say? I’m a certified lipstick addict. Even on days when I don’t feel like wearing any color on my lips, I love swatching my lipsticks on my arm, and just admire their beautiful colors.
So, I think this lipstick dangle charm really suits me. Plus, it’s red! I also love how the red crystals are so pretty. Only thing I don’t like about it is it’s a bit small for my liking. I would have loved it more had it been a tad bigger.
NAIL COLOR DANGLE CHARM
Another obsession of mine… nail polish! Although it doesn’t look anything like a Chanel Le Vernis – which is my favourite nail polish brand – it’s still very pretty. Especially with the sparkling blue crystals adorning the base.
LOVE TO SHOP CHARM
Who doesn’t love to shop? It’s a woman’s right to go shopping! For clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, and of course makeup! We all want to do it everyday, if possible. 😀
SHOPPING BAG CHARM
When you spot a shopaholic at the mall, you will almost always see her holding at least one or two shopping bags.
I chose this charm because it represents my shopaholic self, lol.
RED GOBLET CHARM
The last charm that I chose is this red goblet charm. I love to party, and what better way to symbolize it than this goblet charm. Although I only drink a little, I couldn’t find another charm that would be more fitting.
I initially wanted the Love Blossoms charm bracelet pictured above. But I changed my mind because I wanted a more personal one. I wanted to create my own Love Bracelet, with charms representing the things I love. But I still might get the Love Blossoms charm bracelet, if it doesn’t get out of stock soon. Some of the bracelets I want are already out of stock. 🙁
All of the charms and the bracelet are made of 925 sterling silver. It also comes with a silver care cloth that you can use to clean the bracelet and charms with.
When it comes to pricing, Soufeel is way cheaper than Pandora. Pandora bracelets will cost you roughly around $100, while Soufeel bracelets are priced at around $25. The Soufeel classic bracelet is currently on sale at only $15.95. Personally though, I prefer the bangle which costs $25. I have a few hair on my arm, and they tend to get caught in the little slits of the classic bracelet. It may sound funny, but it’s painful to me. 🙁
Pandora charms usually cost more than $40 each, while you can get Soufeel charms for as low as $3.99 especially when they’re on sale. The usual price of Soufeel charms are around $15 to $20, which is still way cheaper than Pandora charms.
I couldn’t really compare this bracelet to a Pandora one because I don’t own a Pandora bracelet. But I went to a Pandora store so I can visually compare them. I think the quality of Pandora bracelets are better, hence the high tag price. Or is it just perceived value? Lol! Another thing I noticed is that the Soufeel charms are a bit smaller than Pandora charms.
But if you’re tight on the budget and couldn’t afford Pandora, then you might want to check out Soufeel. Their website is www.soufeel.com.
